Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Training is an essential part of the management of any organisation; succession planning, recruitment, anticipating changes in the market are all key, and by having a TNA carried out, clients can properly identify and prioritise the training and development required to achieve the organisation’s goals.

The TNA allows clients to identify short term objectives and developmental priorities, forward plan staff development and future recruitment, prioritise training budgets, establish easy to use, easy to update training reports and forecasts, and establish review systems which will support attainment of Investors in People.
